The Houston Committee on Foreign Relations has over a hundred distinguished members in the Houston area, and we are always looking for new members to add value to the discussions and to the organization. Our members are leaders in international affairs, education, energy, law and more. HCFR provides opportunities for learning, networking, and camaraderie at our monthly member events.

Formal nomination letter from an active HCFR member addressing the following qualifications of the candidate:
Experience, interest, and current involvement in public policy, including international affairs
Promise of future achievement and service in public policy and international affairs
Potential contributions to the organization
Desire to participate in organizational activities
Standing among peers
1-2 seconding letters from active HCFR members supporting the above qualifications as to why the candidate should be considered for membership and any additional information for review.
